Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect vendor or internal shipments to ensure products meet standards and regulations
- Identity damaged or mislabeled products, follow established standard operating procedures and return them to vendors
- Organize products to designated places based on receiving procedures
- Input, update, and modify purchase orders, labeling, storage information, and product logging information through internal inventory system and HACCP
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, report potential risks to managers if needed
- Coordinate with merchandising managers to monitor inventory deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated computer literacy with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work assigned schedules, including weekend, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time
- Ability to work in an environment that may be wet and dry and with varying temperatures and noises
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including but not limited to knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery. Prefer to have a forklift operation certificate.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Employment Type:
- Full Time, 5 days a week, need to be able to work over the weekend
- The pay range for this job starts from $15.00 per hour.
