Responsibilities:
- Develop production-friendly designs that align with the company’s brand and market needs.
- Create technical sketches, patterns, and specification sheets for factory production.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure garment quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Select materials, trims, and finishes suitable for large-scale production.
- Research cost-effective and sustainable design solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Experience in factory-based garment design and production.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, Optitex).
- Strong knowledge of textiles, sewing techniques, and garment construction.
- Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and uphold quality standards.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage bulk production orders based on market demand.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely manufacturing.
