POSITION OVERVIEW
- This position is based out of our office in Cincinnati

We are currently looking to hire someone with an outgoing and engaging personality to fill a Team Member Trainee position on our team. As a member of our team, you will be the face of our clients throughout the local community, leveraging your people skills to engage potential customers and facilitate the donation process.
Team Member Trainee Job Overview:
- Customer outreach and engagement
- Executing sales presentations to potential donors
- Educate community members and answer any questions
- Maintain up to date knowledge on our clients and charitable organizations
- Tracking all donation data and related information
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Some prior experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required
- Comfortable engaging with working directly with customers
- High attention to detail when managing accounts
