About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Media Supervisor to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns for our clients. This role will manage a team of specialists, drive media strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success.
As a key member of our media team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain strong client relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance performance across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Develop and oversee the execution of paid search, social, and programmatic media strategies that align with client objectives.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive efficiency, scale, and ROI.
Lead cross-channel budget allocation and forecasting to maximize performance.
Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and innovation.
Client & Team Management
Serve as the primary client contact, delivering insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
Mentor and manage a team of digital media specialists, ensuring strong execution and professional growth.
Work closely with internal teams (creative, analytics, account management) to develop holistic, results-driven campaigns.
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Develop testing roadmaps to refine audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies.
Leverage platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to optimize performance.
Qualifications & Skills
5 years of experience in paid media strategy and execution.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs, and other digital media platforms .
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad platform reporting tools .
Experience managing direct reports and fostering team development.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to clients, vendors and other external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with bid management, audience segmentation, and attribution models .
