Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Youll lead the development of strategic deliverablescrafting compelling creative briefs, building brand foundations, and identifying target audiences through data-driven insights.
- As a strong communicator and presenter, you'll confidently engage clients and internal teams, bringing clarity, inspiration, and alignment to every conversation.
- Youll approach brand challenges with a 360° perspectiveanalyzing consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and cultural trends to uncover meaningful insights.
- With a pulse on cultural movements and emerging trends, you'll help our teams stay informed and inspired by whats capturing attention in the world today.
- A naturally curious thinker, youll dig into research and use strategic tools to discover valuable insights that shape compelling, informed strategies.
- This position will provide strategic support to clients within the Lottery and Tobacco industries.
Qualifications:
- A passion for strategy, creativity, and impactful marketing
- Bachelors in marketing, communications, communications or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in an agency environment
- A sharp eye for strong insightswhether youre identifying them or crafting them
- Ability to flex between brand strategy and communications strategy, based on project needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A confident and engaging presenter with strong storytelling skills
- Agency experience is highly preferred
