In your position of Customer Service / Sales you are :
- Educating the public as to the features and benefits of the 9Round workout and presenting our membership and pricing options
- Encouraging and inspiring members as they are embarking on the fitness journeys
- Operational duties to enhance the 9Round experience by assisting our trainers and attending to the needs of our membership
- Responding to email inquiries and phone calls from potential members
- Keeping the premises professional and clean and administration duties as required
- 18 years of age and have a passion for fitness and wanting to make a difference
