9th Way Insignia is looking for a Power Platform Developer to work with the Veterans Administration (VA) to support the Office of Inspector General (OIG), requirement for comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise. This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft's application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes.

Responsibilities
- Provides Develop custom business applications and automate workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline and enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop user-centric solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
- Assist in the migration of legacy SharePoint applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) by rebuilding functionalities using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 (M365) tools.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into business operations and performance.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services, such as SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Azure, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Ensure all development efforts adhere to best practices, VA-approved technical standards, Section 508 accessibility, and security requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerApps applications, automated workflows, and data visualization tools to maintain high availability and performance.
- Participate in Agile development processes, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Salary Range$98,153—$135,000 USD
