Project Introduction
9th Way Insignia is looking for a ServiceNow Test Analyst to join our team in support the United States Patent and Trade Office (USPTO) to provide support in the migration of Remedy to ServiceNow
Professional Level
The ServiceNow Test Analyst aligns with the Level 3 Consultant professional level. A Sr. Consultant completes tasks and projects of moderate scope and complexity. A Sr. Consultant exercises the best judgement and problem-solving skills within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action to execute assignments. Sr. Consultant will also provide guidance and / or lead on tasks / projects.
Responsibilities
- Validate features, functionality and acceptable defects or unacceptable defects to be resolved before the use case / test case is validated and verified ready for deployment.
- Use story information in Agile tools to obtain key elements of the feature / functionality on the platform to verify and validate repeatable, expected results are returned and the feature / function is approved in current state to deploy on release date
- Prioritize detailed expectations to be verified and validated for complete requirement alignment for release readiness
- Provide charts, statistics, details on ownership and expected resolution timelines or mitigation strategies if required
- Validate automation, required inputs, processing and outputs of process being tested
- Capture and provide details on defects and resolutions as they are realized and proven to be KB articles for new solution platform to be shared.

Requirements
Salary Range
61,180—$80,000 USD
9th Way Insignia's range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
