JOB TITLE: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX (ONSITE)

We are seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to align our organization’s technology infrastructure with its business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining the architecture framework that guides the development and deployment of IT systems. This includes ensuring seamless integration of components and driving the strategic direction of enterprise IT initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for IT systems and infrastructure.
• Align technology strategy with business objectives and long-term goals.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance policies to ensure project compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency across all projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Oversee and ensure alignment of change management processes with architectural standards.
• Develop blueprints and roadmaps for systems, applications, and processes to support scalability and resilience.
• Promote team alignment and standardization across platforms and services.
• Drive innovation and service delivery improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, business value inputs, and cost implications.
• Work closely with Product Management to communicate customer solution intent and expectations.
• Forecast and track progress of customer solutions and ensure delivery during PI Planning.
• Document all IT and business requirements and assess risks associated with deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to track the status of committed Features and User Stories.
• Assist in removing or escalating obstacles and blockers affecting the project team.
• Understand support team processes, SLOs, and necessary activities to deliver and maintain effective solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, specifically with ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong background in IT systems architecture, enterprise governance, and large-scale solution integration.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Effective communicator with experience interfacing with senior executives, business units, and IT teams.
• Ability to drive and manage complex IT transformations.
• Strong documentation, analysis, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $138,073.00 - $147,682.00 per year
