- Exceed expectations for every experience at 9Zero, so that members are highly engaged and guests see the value in becoming a member.
- Support member and guest experience with behind-the-scenes planning, preparation and problem-solving to make sure the space grows smoothly. You’ll constantly be speaking to members about how to make improvements.
You’ll achieve this impact by :
Fostering strong relationships with members, and becoming their go-to resource for solving any kind of problem that comes up.Leading hospitality in the space. You’ll open the space in the morning and make sure there’s always a fresh pot of coffee, welcoming members and guests into the space, and closing up after events or at the end of the day.Supporting other 9Zero team members with operations, sales, marketing, and proactively finding opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities.Are a connector. You love to play professional matchmaker and build community.Love to roll up your sleeves to get things done, from tidying and managing kitchen inventory to troubleshooting tech issues.Thrive in a fast-paced, chaotic environment where we build the ship as we sail.Recognize that no task is too small : you can multitask between very different projects and you are able to prioritize effectively between urgent needs.Have experience in hospitality, sales, or community-building.Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Are seeking an opportunity to make a difference in the fight against climate change.The details :
