A-1 A-Lectrician is looking to fill a Project Engineer position who will assist the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. We are looking for a self-driven individual who can work collaboratively on a team while upholding A-1 A-Lectrician’s commitment to excellence in customer service. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Founded in 1957, A-1 A-Lectrician is a locally owned, third-generation electrical contractor that specializes in new and renovation projects in residential and commercial fields. An engineering degree is not required for this position. An ideal candidate is proficient in the following areas:

Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
- Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
- Responsible for RFI and submittal process
- Ensure supplier drawings in compliance with contract documents and field conditions.
- Provide administrative support to project manager and field supervisors.
- Manage communication between project management and field supervisors and customer and owner reps.
- Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues
Qualifications
- An engineering degree is not required for this position.
- 1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer literacy, with an ability to learn computer programs, such as Bluebeam, Autocad, or similar.
