The Infrared Foreman is responsible for supervising and working alongside a crew to perform infrared asphalt repair operations. This role includes overseeing the preparation, heating, and application of asphalt materials to ensure high-quality pavement repairs. The foreman must ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Established in 1996, A-One Chipseal is a full-service asphalt maintenance and pavement preservation company located in Denver, Colorado. In January 2009, A-One Chipseal purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement Maintenance, Inc. and in September 2022, we purchased the assets of Rocky Mountain Parking Lot Services, Inc. We provide preventive maintenance construction including resurfacing asphalt streets, roads, parking lots and highways and have completed numerous diverse projects for various cities, counties and CDOT across the Front Range.

- Must be trustworthy and honest.
- Must be 100% compliant with all safety requirements and company policies.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English – bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- A current driver’s license is preferred – must have a clean motor vehicle record if operating a company vehicle.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Must provide legal right to work in the U.S. (A-One Chipseal participates in E-Verify).
- Minimum five years of experience in asphalt maintenance, infrared repair, or related work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
- Experience operating infrared asphalt heaters, skid steers, rollers, and other heavy equipment.
- Ability to manage and lead a crew to complete high-quality work on schedule.
- Experience working on municipal, commercial, and residential paving projects.
- Willingness to work 60 hours per week as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Knowledge of asphalt materials and infrared repair techniques.
- Experience in patching, crack sealing, and sealcoating.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients.
