Project Manger for Restoration

Job Summary
The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and effective communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Manage all phases of restoration projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Project Manager will work jobs, supervise team and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain scope of work records of project activities, including photos & paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of restoration and construction estimating practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse customers and employees.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
