What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driving Instructor position at A-1 Driving School?
A-1 Driving School is hiring multiple Driving Lessons Instructor / Driver's Education Instructors. The position will be teaching students how to safely drive a vehicle. You will be teaching the lessons in an A-1 vehicle that is equipped with instructor gas and a break pedal. Applicants will need 5 years of teaching experience, a clean driving record. The position offers paid training. We have multiple positions available and an immediate need for qualified help. The hours for the position will be Monday - Friday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 9:00pm. There are multiple shifts available during the hours of the position.

Responsibilities
- Instruct students in safe driving practices and traffic laws through both classroom and behind-the-wheel training.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding performance and areas for improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
