Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. This role involves managing schedules, taking phone calls, ordering materials, and ensuring that administrative processes are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars for team members, ensuring optimal schedule management.
- Oversee front desk operations, Answer customer calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with field technicians
- Handle invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and manage customer records
- Order supplies and materials as needed for jobs
- Handle office management tasks, including inventory control, and supply ordering.
- Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist with payroll and vendor communications.
Experience
- Prior experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong skills in calendar management, phone systems, and front desk operations.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Comfortable using phones, email, and basic software (QuickBooks experience a plus!)
