What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Cart Customer Service Advisor position at A-1 Golf Carts?
A-1 Golf Carts is a small family owned and operated golf cart business that started in a hay barn in Gilbert 35 years ago. We have grown to over 45 employees and continue to grow each year! The position available is in our service department scheduling service and working with customers as well as the mechanics in the shop.
Your daily job duties would be as follows:
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage the daily schedule with peers in the office
- Manage the work orders for our onsite mobile repair team
- Work with customers quoting repair/service jobs
- Work with our parts department on ordering parts needed
We are looking for someone that is self-motivated with the upmost customer service as well as communication skills. Mechanical skills is an advantage.
Hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Friday alternating Saturdays
Overtime available

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
