A-1 Golf Carts is a small family owned and operated golf cart business that started in a hay barn in Gilbert over 35 years ago. We have grown to over 50 employees, 2 locations, and continue to grow each year!
We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will skillfully upholster and reupholster various furniture pieces, including seats, cushions, and specialty items. Responsibilities include selecting and cutting fabrics, attaching fabric to frames, reupholstering golf cart seats, and applying finishes. You should have an eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and experience in fabric handling, sewing, and using upholstery tools.
Responsibilities:
- Reupholster and repair seating and fabrics.
- Select materials, measure, cut, and sew fabric as needed.
- Inspect completed work for quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of upholstery experience preferred.
- Knowledge of upholstery tools, techniques, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
