Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Focus: Actively engage with inbound leads and proactively generate new business by selling Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance policies.
- Lead Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- High Call Volume: Handle a significant number of inbound and outbound calls daily, providing quotes, answering questions, and closing sales.
- Incentive Opportunities: Increase your earnings by selling additional coverage options like Towing & Rental add-ons.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 Years of Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
- Licensing: You must hold a valid Personal Lines Property and Casualty or General Lines License.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with SaaS platforms and Google Suite to manage your sales pipeline and perform administrative tasks.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, staying focused and driven to meet sales targets.
- High-Volume Call Handling: Experience managing a high volume of calls, with a strong ability to manage your time effectively.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:55 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every Other Saturday: 9:55 AM – 2:00 PM (with one weekday off when scheduled for Saturday)
- Remote Work: Work from home with flexible schedule options.
