What are the responsibilities and job description for the Self Storage Facility Manager position at A-1 Locker Rental Self Storage?
Responsibilities:
Work Monday and Tuesday at our South County location on 4427 Meramec Bottom Rd.,( OFF Wednesday), work Thursday, Friday at our Fenton Facility at 2591 MO Hwy 141.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility. Renting units, making collection calls, collecting payments, Sweeping out storage units if they need it. We have a maintenance man to do the majority of sweeping out BUT you must be willing to do it if we need it.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, payments, and rental agreements
- Maintain accurate records of rental units, payments, and customer information
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and security
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures- -Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in handling financial transactions
-Ability to get along with people
-Sales ability or the ability to point out the outstanding characteristics of our product.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
