Job Description:
Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily activities of drivers, dispatch, and field crews, ensuring operations run smoothly and meet company standards.
Compliance Management: Enforce DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies, working to reduce DOT scores and promote compliance.
Personnel Management: Lead mentor, and support a team of drivers and field staff, facilitating regular training and enforcing safety protocols.
Customer Relations & Sales Support: Assist with customer interactions in the field and support inside sales efforts to meet client needs and enhance business development.
Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch to manage driver schedules, hours, and load assignments for optimal efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying and implementing improvments in productivity, safety, and quality.
Incident Reporting & Resolution: Respond promptly to any on-site incidents or issues, coordinating with management to resolve problems efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Wage Range: 85000.00 - 100000.00 per year
