Job Description:
A-1 Spotless Inc. is family-owned and operated and has been servicing Somerset, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Union, and surrounding counties for over 35 years. We are currently seeking part-time, experienced individuals to provide compassionate, efficient, and empathetic customer care services to our large, long-established, and growing residential and commercial customer base.
Position Qualifications:
Customer Care Representatives are expected to represent the company professionally and be knowledgeable while providing services. They should be able to talk to clientele with a well-mannered tone and guide them to the services they need.
Desired Qualifications, Characteristics, and Skills:
- Must be highly motivated, self-starting, willing, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a professional work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Must possess strong communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid New Jersey driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have a compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Must be okay with working with warm leads.
- Open to cold calling.
- Keen attention to detail
Compensation:
- $16 - 18 per hour. Salary is commensurate with experience
