About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc.

- Key Responsibilities:

- P personally carry a sales budget monthly to stay up with industry trends and to fill any gaps when staffing is not at optimum levels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Represent A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a home services based role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the pest control industry is a plus, but not required.
- Willfulness to travel regularly to different office locations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
