A-1 Total Service Plumbing, the plumbing powerhouse of La Habra, CA, is on the hunt for a visionary full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As a prominent player in the plumbing industry, we're offering a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $135,000/year, with the potential for quarterly performance bonuses based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

WORK SCHEDULE:
Your journey as our CFO is full-time. You'll work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing the stability needed to excel in your role.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO):
As our CFO, your days are dynamic. Your mornings kick off with crafting financial strategies that align with our goals and objectives, continuously monitoring financial performance and recommending improvements. Your expertise in budgeting and forecasting shines as you manage the budgeting process, provide precise financial forecasts, and control costs. You also take the lead in assessing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Throughout the day, cash flow management is key. You'll optimize cash reserves, maintain banking relationships, supervise payroll, manage accounts receivable, handle accounts payable, and maintain accurate financial records. Your collaboration with A-1 Directors, divisions, and staff provides financial solutions to achieve operational objectives, making your role invaluable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 7 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in plumbing or construction
- Strong financial acumen in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Expertise in financial risk management and compliance
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
