WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
This is a competitive position with an expected pay range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonuses based on performance. You will work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
All that you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in the plumbing or related industry
- Proven experience in implementing EOS® or similar business management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER?
You will champion the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to enhance organizational efficiency by incorporating EOS tools and processes into our daily operations. With your strategic oversight, you will provide direction across all operational aspects, including production, customer service, finance, sales and marketing, and human resources, to drive growth and maintain a culture of excellence. Your expertise in budgetary execution will assist in the development of annual and quarterly budgeting, ensuring initiatives, projects, and programs align with budgetary projections. You will develop and execute processes and procedures to be followed by all, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the board. As a leader, you will strive for a 50% annual increase in revenue through strategic initiatives. The implementation of EOS® tools and processes within 6 months will streamline operations and contribute to our success. Documenting 100% of all relevant processes and procedures associated with our operations and functions, while ensuring employees are 80% proficient in their relevant processes, will drive consistency and proficiency throughout the organization. Achieving an annual net profit of 15% will demonstrate your financial acumen and contribute to our overall growth. Finally, maintaining a customer satisfaction rate of 95% or higher will showcase our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
