A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A DISPATCH SUPERVISOR:
As the Dispatch Supervisor, your day involves leadership, organization, and problem-solving. Mornings start with team briefings, aligning everyone with daily goals. Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize workflows based on evolving Plans of Action. Monitor live job allocations, providing on-the-spot solutions. Your role involves supervision and leadership development-mentoring your team for success. Respond to customer issues, implement emergency response protocols, and collaborate with departments for seamless communication. Cap it off with insightful monthly reports showcasing achievements and areas for improvement.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A DISPATCH SUPERVISOR:
- 2 years of plumbing or home services dispatcher experience
- Proven supervisory skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient with computers and software types; ServiceTitan experience a plus
- Highly organized and adaptable
