Description
The Office Assistant/Intake Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Director. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-dayoffice tasks and needs while also processing the enrollment of new participants to our programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Opening/Closing Office daily
- Answering phone calls & directing them to the appropriate party
- Manage daily office operations; monitoring & ordering supplies, monitoring and distributing faxes, interfacing with external vendors (landlord, internet, phone, etc.)
- Send Intake Packets to new individuals interested in receiving services
- Track the receipt of applications for new individuals
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting or case management; Bachelor’s Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong technology and software skills; able to navigate websites and use agency software systems
- I/DD experience a plus
