Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Payroll & Training Coordinator will report to the Program Director & Human Resources. The Payroll & Training Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, approving, troubleshooting employee payroll daily & training for all employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Reviewing employee punches daily
- Troubleshooting with employees who are having problems with the eVero app
- Emailing staff and families for verification of MVV punches
- Following up with staff, individuals and families to resolve outstanding payroll issues
- Reconciling employee payroll for processing by the payroll due date
- Address ongoing problems with employees
- Training new employees on eVero app and other procedures
- Disciplinary procedures for employees not following policy & procedure
- Review and approval of employee invoices, where applicable
- Review Monthly Summary completion for employees
- Maintain consistent and ongoing communication with the Program Director, Human Resources & other appropriate Managers regarding challenges
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This is an in-office position Monday-Friday, 8-4pm

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience, Associates Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong technology and software skills
- I/DD experience a plus
