Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support account management efforts and drive sales initiatives.
- Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and business objectives.
