Duties

- Conduct night audits as required to ensure all transactions are processed correctly.

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls and reservations effectively.
- Assist in managing the front desk area to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
