Duties
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged goods.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality packaging.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed.
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
