The Big Task
Ensure the office and call center are providing the best service to customers and employees.
Key Sub Tasks
- Liaison for Call Center.
- Monitor calls in Service Titan and classify; note training opportunities
- Maintain processes and manuals for company
- Support General Manager with information and services related to documentation, reports, record keeping and appointments
- Work with Accounting and HR as needed
- Create Trainings
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
