A&A Safety, Inc. seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team in the coordination and execution of traffic control and safety projects. This role is integral in ensuring projects are scheduled, tracked, and completed on time and within budget. The Assistant Project Manager will act as a liaison between field teams, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
- Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to align resources and timelines.
- Track progress against milestones and report delays or changes to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including permits, contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records in project management systems and spreadsheets.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate effective communication.
- Attend project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Requirements:
- Relevant education and/or experience in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree is preferred but not required.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, project coordination, or traffic safety preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to project sites as needed.
