A&A Safety, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Crew Member with a Class A CDL to join our team. This position involves performing all aspects of traffic control and road safety operations, including hauling materials, setting up work zones, and operating specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Haul and Transport Materials – Safely operate trucks and trailers to haul concrete barriers, attenuators, and other equipment to and from job sites.
- Work Zone Setup & Maintenance – Establish safe work zones including lane closures, detours, and road diversions.
- Drilling & Installation – Operate drills and other equipment to install signage, barriers, and other traffic control devices.
- Set Up & Maintain Attenuators – Deploy and maintain impact attenuators to ensure proper vehicle redirection and road safety.
- Signage & Barrier Installation – Position and secure signs, cones, barrels, and barriers to guide traffic safely through construction zones.
- Ensure Safety Compliance – Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and DOT requirements while working on roadways.
- Perform Equipment Inspections – Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of trucks, trailers, and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with crew members, supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in traffic control, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, drills, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
