A&A Women's Health is seeking a part-time medical assistant (up to 30 hours per week) who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our busy OB / GYN office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and maintaining an organized filing system for all patient documents and reports. Also, supporting the back office as needed. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
The position requires the candidate to work the following hours :
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Relevant medical assisting certification is a plus. Additionally, candidates must be willing to commute to the Whittier office as needed.
