Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour (plus commission & bonus spiffs)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday Friday (6:30 AM 3:00 PM)
• Flexible availability required (6:00 AM 6:00 PM)
• On-call rotation required (including weekends & overtime, with applicable bonuses)

Job Overview

A Advanced Septic and Construction Services is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Dispatcher to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of service calls while maintaining exceptional communication with customers and technicians.

The ideal candidate has ServiceTitan experience and knowledge of the Septic or Plumbing industry. They must excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and logistics management while ensuring a smooth workflow and 5-star service for customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and electronic messages from customers and technicians.
• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch service calls using ServiceTitan.
• Oversee and facilitate the entire service appointment process to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate job priorities and workflow changes.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and technicians.
• Troubleshoot and proactively resolve any scheduling conflicts, technician delays, or customer concerns.
• Update customer and job details in real time within the dispatch system.
• Monitor operational reports to track job progress and technician efficiency.
• Ensure job completion and accurately report any additional work needed.
• Assist with service follow-ups, customer updates, and outbound communications.
• Work collaboratively with the customer service and operations teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Dispatcher or Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ServiceTitan software for scheduling, dispatching, and job management.
• Plumbing or Septic industry experience/knowledge.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral & written) with a customer-first mindset.
• Problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• IT competence, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with phone systems, QuickBooks, and data entry.
• Strong geographical knowledge of our service areas for efficient scheduling.
• Self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude.

Preferred:

• Septic experience/knowledge (a major plus).
• Advanced dispatching/logistics experience.
