Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize industry knowledge to provide accurate information on services and solutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous phone etiquette when assisting customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in our system.
- Meet service response time and close rate goals daily.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales efforts by recommending relevant services when appropriate.
- Maintain organized and accurate data entry within our dispatch system.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center in the Septic, Sewer, Plumbing, HVAC, or related industries.
- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with computer-based dispatch programs (ServiceTitan preferred).
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer requests and provide effective solutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional, world-class customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions.
- Availability for a rotating on-call shift after training.
Preferred:
- ServiceTitan experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately book service calls and determine appropriate charges.
- Process customer payments, deposits, and billing arrangements.
- Perform cross-training in related roles to support team operations.
- Assist with sales and service recommendations when appropriate.
