A-Affordable Insurance agency is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives at our Framingham Office. Pay is hourly plus a rewarding uncapped incentive plan paid biweekly. Exciting opportunity to begin your career in Insurance with top notch paid training program!
Job Summary:
You will be part of a team of CSRs assisting customers over the phone and in person with their insurance needs. As a CSR you are responsible for advocating for our customers in effort to resolve their issues in a professional manner.
Those who like to talk, are outgoing and friendly, communicate well and enjoy working with customers are the ones who succeed! One unique and rewarding aspect of the position is that you will have the opportunity to do everything from service to sales, which creates a rewarding and challenging work environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm (varying shifts) as well as alternating Saturdays from 9:00am- 3:00pm
Responsibilities:
· Respond to incoming phone calls promptly and professionally,
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions with accuracy and clarity.
· Process payments from customers
· Quote and Sell Insurance - Evaluate customers' insurance needs and provide appropriate insurance quotes based on their requirements. Assist customers in understanding various insurance options, coverage limits, and premiums.

Requirements:
· You must be friendly and provide professional service with a smile, strong customer service skills are a must!
· Must be organized and competent navigating multiple computer screens and websites, think multi-tasking
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done
· Ability to commute/relocated to Framingham, MA
- Bilingual Spanish
Education/Experience:
· Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service or sales experience
· Candidates with prior insurance agency experience are preferred
· Base pay based on experience
