With a competitive hourly pay ranging from $30 - $35 per hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, an end-of-year truck bonus , and additional benefits, this role presents a stable and rewarding career path. SCHEDULE :
The HVAC Technician position is a full-time role, requiring commitment from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM, or until all service calls are completed. During the summer months, additional hours may be available, and on-call weekends are part of a rotating schedule for emergency services. This structured schedule ensures both regularity and the opportunity for increased hours based on demand.
