A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is actively seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our dedicated team in Gainesville, FL. This position offers an opportunity to work with both residential and commercial HVAC systems, providing troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance services. With a competitive hourly pay ranging from $30 - $35 per hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, an end-of-year truck bonus , and additional benefits, this role presents a stable and rewarding career path. SCHEDULE :
The HVAC Technician position is a full-time role, requiring commitment from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM, or until all service calls are completed. During the summer months, additional hours may be available, and on-call weekends are part of a rotating schedule for emergency services. This structured schedule ensures both regularity and the opportunity for increased hours based on demand.
