What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Residential Installer position at A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration?
Are you a skilled HVAC professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact? A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Residential Installer to join our high-performance team in Gainesville, FL.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
That is why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $25 to $35 per hour (depending on experience) and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. You will typically work from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until the job is complete. During the summer months, work is usually finished between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Occasionally, you'll work weekend shifts as needed.
All that you need is:
- 2 years of experience with copper brazing, low-/high-voltage wiring, and replacing systems
- Ability to install and fabricate duct board
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Dependability
- 2 years of previous experience as an HVAC installer
