Hey HVAC enthusiasts! Ready to make a mark with A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration? We're on the lookout for a full-time Residential and Commercial HVAC Tech to join our crew in Gainesville, FL! Picture troubleshooting, diagnosing, and ensuring comfort in homes and businesses alike. With a competitive hourly rate of $24 - $35 per hour, a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, and great benefits, you'll love it here. Your mission involves a full-time gig from Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (or until all calls are wrapped up). Summers might bring extra hours, and on-call weekends will have you in action on a six-week rotation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 2 years of experience managing your own truck
- 2 years of HVAC experience
- HVAC certification or relevant trade school education
- A valid, clean state driver's license
- Ability to regularly lift and move more than 50 pounds
