ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Warehouse Associate at A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, your day starts early, overseeing the safe receipt and storage of equipment, parts, and supplies in our warehouse. You'll coordinate the flow of materials, ensuring everything is in its right place, ready to support our field technicians. Unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and organizing inventory are just the beginning.
You also play a critical role in safeguarding our operations by maintaining security procedures, reconciling warehouse and fleet inventory, and even training others on forklift operations. Every day, you'll tackle new challenges, keeping everything running smoothly, from stockroom management to ensuring deliveries are timely and accurate.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to lift/move more than 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
Completed courses in inventory control would be a plus!
