Position Overview
Main Responsibilities:
Client Advocate:
- Schedule estimates and help sell appointments.
- Answer calls, distribute messages, and follow up.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Office Support:
- Data entry, filing, mail processing, and supply management.
- Assist in organizing office operations.
Sales Support:
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Sell additional work orders.
Operations Support:
- Assist in problem-solving and customer service solutions.
- Document and communicate customer issues.
Executive Assistance:
- Research and prepare information for leadership.
- Assist with marketing materials, printing, and design.

Qualifications & Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Background in customer service or construction/trades industry preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Google Maps.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Residential sales experience a plus.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Professional communication and appearance.

Additional Requirements:
