Position Overview

Main Responsibilities:

Client Advocate:

  • Schedule estimates and help sell appointments.
  • Answer calls, distribute messages, and follow up.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.

Office Support:

  • Data entry, filing, mail processing, and supply management.
  • Assist in organizing office operations.

Sales Support:

  • Follow up with potential customers.
  • Sell additional work orders.

Operations Support:

  • Assist in problem-solving and customer service solutions.
  • Document and communicate customer issues.

Executive Assistance:

  • Research and prepare information for leadership.
  • Assist with marketing materials, printing, and design.

Qualifications & Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Background in customer service or construction/trades industry preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Google Maps.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Residential sales experience a plus.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Professional communication and appearance.

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
