Job Title : Marketing Professional
Role : The Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
Oversee, coordinate, and improve the telemarketing program, in tandem with the email marketing campaign.
Monitor and assess telemarketing performance, providing feedback and guidance
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Manage social media channels and online presence
Build a sales network of online stores and catalogue houses; i.e. Amazon, Webstaurant, McMaster-Carr, Grainger, etc…
Collaborate with Sales Teams to make a seamless transition from the Telemarketing to the Sales Team.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for budget purposes.
Direct the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and advertisements
Requirements :
Proven experience in a marketing role
Driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, and spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and tools
