Responsibilities
- Oversee daily janitorial operations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Train and supervise custodial staff, promoting effective cleaning techniques and safety practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Collaborate with management to develop cleaning schedules and improve overall facility maintenance.
