Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary
A&J Mental Health Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our team of mental health practitioners and trainees. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of care through effective supervision, comprehensive training, and diligent documentation review, all while fostering professional growth and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and functional assessments.
• Maintain detailed clinical supervision logs.
• Conduct individual supervision and group supervision in due course.
• Create and evaluate individualized supervision plans for each supervisee updating as necessary.
• Provide urgent consultation support as needed.
• Assist practitioners with crisis interventions and document outcomes.
• Facilitate training on cultural competency, ethics, evidence-based practices, and advanced clinical methods.
• Support supervisees in meeting licensure and professional development requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in good standing with at least one year of experience and 1,000 clinical practice hours.
• Approved or certified as a clinical supervisor by a licensing board.
• Training and competence in clinical supervision, ethical practices, and treatment methods.
• Able to provide guidance, evaluate performance, and support supervisees' growth.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
