Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy under clinical supervision
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans under supervision
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions
- Engage in case consultation and professional development opportunities
- Ensure clinical supervision plans are in place and followed
- Train in and properly complete diagnostic assessments, functional assessments, individual treatment plans, and progress notes

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Must be eligible for licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Minnesota
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to ethical and culturally competent mental health care
