Local accounting firm looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is comfortable working in an office environment. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to managing multiple projects at the same time. This is a part-time position with a limited benefits package available to eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls.
- Type and assemble tax returns, quarterly and annual payroll reports, financial statements, correspondence, etc.
- Payroll processing for clients.
- Organize data and answer general questions.
- Communicate via email or telephone with clients and organizations.
- Setup new client files. Send thank you notes to clients.
- Manage client documents and office files.
- Manage other administrative assistant tasks as needed.
- Microsoft Office Suite and/or QuickBooks experience helpful.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
