The role of the Customer Service Representative will be focused on collaborating with other customer service representatives as a team to provide complete customer support for both internal and external customers.
Major Goals and Responsibilities:
- Open and distribute all faxes, voicemails, and USPS mail
- Provide priority phone coverage for an all-live phone system with no automated prompts
- Monitor multiple different email accounts
- Provide support to customers through troubleshooting or entering requests
- Enter and page incoming service requests to technicians
- Evaluate viability of supplies requests, enter orders when applicable, and forward to warehouse department
- Contact service technicians and relate proper information via text messages, calls, and email
- Assist any walk-in customers
- Perform account reviews for sales team
- Effectively de-escalate upset customers
- Company sponsored development completion

Qualification and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in an Office/Call Center style setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
