The role of the Hardware Installer & Driver will be focused on the installation, delivery, and training of photocopiers and printers while providing excellent customer service.
Major Goals and Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Installation of Water and Coffee Equipment for customers
- Daily communication with A&B teams and customers regarding service call activity and completion
- Setup and Staging of Water and Coffee Machines
- Drive company vehicle to customer sites for delivery and servicing equipment
- Provide recommendations to customers regarding services A&B can provide.
- Provide excellent customer service to include training on usage and cleaning of water filtration systems.
- Subject matter expert on all machines to assist customers with any questions they may have on the machines.
Skills/Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of plumbing concepts and water flow control devices
- Mechanically inclined and ability to work with tools.
- Strict attention to detail and professionalism
- Personable, customer-centric, honest, and trustworthy
- Excellent time management skills: ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and hardworking
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Positive attitude and versatility in learning
- High level of comfort using computers, tablets, phones, or other handheld devices
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of education and professional backgrounds.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices is helpful
- Vocational Technical education is helpful but not required
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license REQUIRED
Compensation: $18.00 to $19.00 depending on experience
